陈文生，男，汉族，籍贯山东省嘉祥县，1968年03月出生，大学本科学历，1987年10月入伍，1989年5月加入中国共产党，1989年09月至1991年07月在空军电讯工程学院学习，1994年09月至1996年12月在原上海空军政治学院学习，1996年06月至1998年12月任空军通讯团三营八连副指导员、指导员，2000年03月至2002年07月任空军通讯团三营教导员，2002年07月至2003年03月任空军通讯团三营政治教导员，2006年09月至2013年12月任空军北京昆明湖南路军职以上退休干部休养所副处级助理员，2014年1月转业至北京市石景山区科学技术委员会，现任石景山区科学技术馆馆长。2010年12月因工作成绩突出荣获三等功一次。

Chen Wensheng, male, Han nationality, native of Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province, was born in March 1968. He has a bachelor's degree. He joined the PLA in October 1987 and the CPC in May 1989. He studied at the Air Force Telecommunications Engineering College from September 1989 to July 1991 and at the former Shanghai Air Force Political College from September 1994 to December 1996. Chen worked as a deputy instructor and then instructor of the 8th Company of the 3rd Battalion of the Air Force Communications Corps from June 1996 to December 1998, as an instructor of the 3rd Battalion of the Air Force Communications Corps from March 2000 to July 2002, and as a political instructor of the 3rd Battalion of the Air Force Communications Corps from September 2002 to December 2003. In the period between September 2006 and December 2013, he served as a deputy-department-level assistant of the Air Force Rest Home for Retired Military Cadres above the Army Commander Level located in Kunming Lake South Road, Beijing. In January 2014, he was transferred to the Science and Technology Commission of Shijingshan District, Beijing. In December 2010, he was awarded the third class merit for his outstanding work.
