宁夏科技馆馆长（宁夏青少年科技活动中心主任），中国青少年科技辅导员协会第八届理事会理事，宁夏少工委第八届委员会副主任，曾先后在石嘴山市大武口区委组织部、自治区科协工作；2017年1月至2020年3月，先后在宁夏中卫市海原县张寨村和盐池村驻村扶贫，2021年被自治区党委、政府授予“自治区脱贫攻坚先进个人”。

Zhang Jie is Director of Ningxia Science and Technology Museum (Ningxia Youth Science and Technology Activity Center), member of the eighth council of China Association of Children's Science Instructors, and deputy director of the eighth committee of Ningxia Youth Work Committee. She had worked at the Organization Department of the CPC Dawukou District Committee, Shizuishan City, and Ningxia Association for Science and Technology. From January 2017 to March 2020, she worked at Zhangzhai and Yanchi villages in Haiyuan County, Zhongwei City of Ningxia Autonomous Region, to help with poverty alleviation. In 2021, she was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region" by the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee and the People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

任宁夏科技馆馆长以来，坚持以党的政治建设为统领，党建和业务工作互融互促、同步提升。建成宁夏青年少年科技体验中心，实施了智慧场馆科普信息化项目，拓展场馆服务功能，多措并举组织实施“科创筑梦”助力“双减”暨“蒲公英”科教育苗提质行动，全面提升科教资源服务能力，积极构建“品牌、平台、机制、队伍、阵地”五位一体的青少年科普服务体系，宁夏科技馆科普核心阵地作用日益凸显。

Since she was appointed as director of the Ningxia Science and Technology Museum, Zhang Jie has been taking political building of the Party as the top priority so that Party building and exhibition work integrate with and promote each other. Under her leadership, the Ningxia Youth Science and Technology Experience Center has been built; the project of IT-based smart museum has been implemented; the museum's service functions have been expanded; the initiative of "Innovland" (or the “Dandelion” Initiative) has been implemented as an action in support of "double reduction" (easing the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education); the service capacity of the museum’s popular science resources has been comprehensively improved; a five-in-one popular science service system has been built for adolescents, integrating “brand, platform, mechanism, team and venue”; and the key role of Ningxia Science and Technology Museum in science communication has become increasingly prominent.
