易卜拉欣拥有十多年在国际组织、政府机构、非政府组织和公司中担任科学传播与教育顾问的工作经验。他致力于弥合科学与社会之间的鸿沟，推广STEM教育，并鼓励青年参与到气候行动当中。易卜拉欣秉持着通过教育来为社区赋能的理念，参与设计多项创新教育计划和国际可持续发展倡议，并担任负责人。这些举措惠及了数百万不同人群，包括海湾地区的优秀学生到柬埔寨的原住民社区，以及来自于30多个国家的难民。

作为阿联酋Baseet的教育与国际拓展负责人，易卜拉欣与多学科团队以及利益相关者合作，为青年、女性和教育工作者开发创新的STEAM计划和能力建设倡议。他担任了诸如“难民STEM计划”和针对柬埔寨、泰国和印度原住民社区的“Baseet野外之旅”等颇具影响力的项目的负责人，为处于危机中群体提供教育。此外，易卜拉欣还实施了全球教育和拓展计划，如“气候教育计划”、组织了《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十七次和第二十八次缔约方(COP27, COP28)大会中的青年参与活动项目——“阿联酋创新节”以及“埃及科学节”。 

Ibrahim is a Science Communication and Educational Consultant with over a decade of experience working for international organizations, government agencies, NGOs, and companies, bridging the gap between science and society, promoting STEM education, and engaging youth with climate action. Driven by a vision to empower communities through education, Ibrahim has designed and spearheaded innovative educational programs and international sustainability initiatives that reached millions of diverse populations, from gifted students in the Gulf region to indigenous communities in Cambodia and refugees from 30+ countries.

As the Head of Education and International Outreach at Baseet UAE, Ibrahim works with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to develop innovative STEAM programs and capacity-building initiatives for youth, women, and educators. He has led impactful programs like STEM for Refugees and Baseet Wildlife Tour for Indigenous communities in Cambodia, Thailand, and India to support education in crisis. Additionally, Ibrahim has implemented global education and outreach initiatives such as the Climate Education Initiative, youth engagement events at COP27 and COP28, the UAE Innovation Festival, and The Science Festival in Egypt.
