Prof. Dr. Marco A. Cabero Z. is a distinguished academic and researcher, renowned for his expertise in education, science, and technology. With a Ph.D. in Quantum physics and an extensive career spanning over two decades, Dr. Cabero has made significant contributions to higher education in Latin America and beyond. He serves as a professor and researcher at Universidad Privada del Valle (UNIVALLE Bolivia), one of his country's leading universities. He is the chairman of the Andean Road Countries for Science and Technology as well as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Latin American Sciences and Culture.

Dr. Cabero has a strong focus on science education, literacy, and technological innovation, working extensively to promote the Science Culture Construction in Latin America. His leadership extends to organizing international conferences, workshops, and collaborations that aim to enhance scientific literacy and foster green development in the region.
