毕业于首都师范大学地理教育系，后取得中央财经大学MPA学位;曾在第29届奥林匹克运动会组织委员、中国科协青少年科技中心交流处分别挂职锻炼一年。在北京青少年科技中心工作多年，重点围绕青少年校外科技教育、科技馆活动进校园、青少年科普资源汇集、青少年科技竞赛、科技实践活动等内容，广泛开展青少年校外科技教育，后致力于市科协民间科技文化交流活动。曾荣获北京市科普工作先进个人、奥组委年度考核优秀、奥林匹克公园公共区管委会先进工作者、首都“迎奥运、讲文明、树新风”活动先进个人、北京市科协优秀党员、首都未成年人思想道德建设先进个人等多项荣誉。

He graduated from the Geography Science Education Department at Capital Normal University and later pursued an MPA degree from the Central University of Finance and Economics. Early in his career, he served as a temporary employee on the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 29th Olympic Games and at the Youth Science and Technology Center of the China Association for Science and Technology. For many years, he worked at the Beijing Youth Science and Technology Center, where his primary focus was on youth extramural science and technology education. He was involved in a variety of initiatives, including organizing campus-based science and technology museum activities, developing resources for youth science popularization, and leading youth science competitions and practice activities. These experiences allowed him to engage deeply in extramural science and technology education for youth. Following that, He transitioned to the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, where he dedicated himself to advancing cultural and technological exchange programs. He has received several recognitions, such as advanced individual in science popularization in Beijing, outstanding performer in the Olympic Organizing Committee’s annual assessment, and advanced worker for the Olympic Park Public Area Management Committee. Additionally, he has been recognized as an outstanding Party member of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology and has received honors for his contributions to the ideological and moral development of minors in Beijing.
