赵金惠，女，研究生学历。现任甘肃科技馆馆长、甘肃省青少年科技活动中心主任，高级科普师。中国自然科学博物馆学会理事会科技馆专业委员会副主任委员、甘肃省教育学会安全教育分会理事、全国科普先进工作者，参与编写出版的专著有《青少年创新思维开拓训练》《中国科协青少年科学技术教育》；参与完成《科学技术馆服务指南》《科学技术馆展品管理规范》2 项甘肃省地方标准；发表多篇省级论文；主持、参与在研和结项的全省重点课题、项目 12 项，全国课题、项目 7 项；创意策划省科协大型活动、电视台品牌栏目活动方案等 30 余项。研究方向：科普设施建设与资源共享，现代科技馆体系构建，法制保障和引领下的科普高质量发展，基于馆校合作的科学教育高质量发展。

ZHAO Jinhui, female, graduate degree, is the current Director of Gansu Science and Technology Museum, Director of the Gansu Youth Science and Technology Activity Center. She is a Senior Science Communicator and holds the position of Vice-Chairperson of the Science and Technology Museum Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Natural Science Museums. Additionally, she serves as a council member of the Safety Education Branch of the Gansu Provincial Education Society and awarded the title of “National Science Popularization Advanced Individual”. Zhao has contributed to several publications, including books like Youth Innovation Thinking and Training, Youth Science and Technology Education of the China Association for Science and Technology. She has also participated in the development of two Gansu Provincial local standards, Science and Technology Museum Service Guidelines and Science and Technology Museum Exhibits Management Norms. Zhao has published multiple provincial-level papers, led and participated in 12 provincial key projects and research topics, and 7 national-level projects. She has creatively planned over 30 large-scale events and TV brand column activity proposals for organizations like the Provincial Science and Technology Association. Her research focuses on science popularization facility construction and resource sharing, building modern science museum systems, high-quality science popularization development under legal guarantees, and science education development through museum-school collaborations.
