朱大为，男，1978 年生，计算机软件硕士，现任天津科学技术馆馆长。长期任职于天津市科学技术协会，在科技政策研究、科技社团管理、科学文化宣传和科技决策咨询等领域拥有丰富的行政管理经验。从事科技馆工作以来，致力于推动现代科技馆体系的高质量发展与系统性创新，重点聚焦智慧科技馆构建与数字化展教能力提升，积极探索人工智能、虚拟现实等前沿技术在科学传播中的深度融合与创新应用模式，通过科技赋能推动科技馆科普工作转型升级。

ZHU Dawei, born in 1978, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software and currently serves as the Director of the Tianjin Science and Technology Museum. With extensive experience in science policy research, managing scientific organizations, science communication, and technology decision-making, he has spent many years working at the Tianjin Science and Technology Association. Since entering the science museum field, Zhu has focused on promoting the high-quality development and systemic innovation of modern science museums. His main areas of focus include building smart science museums and enhancing digital exhibition and educational capabilities. He is actively exploring how cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and virtual reality can be deeply integrated and innovatively applied to science communication, driving the transformation and advancement of science popularization through technological empowerment.
